SPECIAL ORDERS FOR DITIGAL ARTWORK

Wilcox PhotoArt accepts special orders for digital artwork. We offer two options:

OPTION # 1 – YOUR IMAGE DESIGNED BY WILCOX PHOTOART ON YOUR CHOICE OF PRINTS, CANVAS, APPAREL & ACCESSORIES FROM OUR ONLINE STORE

Your image designed by us for printing on a variety of items from our online store including prints, posters, canvas art, t-shirts, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, and hats. Wilcox PhotoArt retains copyright and all reproduction rights of produced artwork.

One-time image set-up fee: $29.00 USD (excluding the retail cost of the item(s) we imprint for you with your design).

You will receive a proof of the image. Once we receive your final approval, we will invoice you for the set-up fee payable upon receipt. Once payment is received, we will email you a private customer link for ordering your imprinted items. 

What we'll need from you:

1) At least one very clear photograph of the image you'd like to have customized. The clearer the images, the better the outcome.

2) Your design specifications - this can be things like color, background, adding type, positioning, or design idea examples.

3) The item(s) you would like us to print for you. We will upload these items onto your private customer page. We’ll email you a link and from there, you can select sizes, colors, and quantities, and you can place and pay for your order securely.

OPTION # 2 - DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY IN HIGH-QUALITY FORMAT FOR PRINTING

Completed custom artwork delivered by email in a high-quality JPG (300 dpi) file suitable for client's printing purposes. No physical artwork is included. No imprinted products are included. You own the rights to the file.

Design and file delivery fee: $299.00 USD

Terms: 50% deposit with balance due on or before the time of delivery. 

You will receive a proof for your approval. You can make up to four (4) adjustments to the proof if you need to. Once we receive your final approval, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance due. Upon receipt of final payment your file will be emailed to you within one (1) business day.

15% Off your First Order: Should you decide to order you custom design on items on our website including prints, posters, canvas art, t-shirts, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, and hats, you will receive 15% off the retail price on your first order. Just let us know, and we will upload these items onto a private customer page. We’ll email you a link and from there, you can select sizes, colors, and quantities, and you can place and pay for your order securely. Excludes any shipping fees or applicable sales tax.
