STANDARD LICENSE - T-SHIRTS & APPAREL PRINTING

Wilcox PhotoArt offers a selection of high-quality stock design images that can be licensed for use for printing on t-shirts and apparel only. All images licensed for this use are $29.95 each. Simply choose the images(s) you want, add them to your shopping cart, and checkout using our secure payment gateway. Once payment is made, your image files will automatically download.

All images are formatted in 300 dpi for optimal print quality.

USAGE LICENSE DETAILS

When you purchase stock design images from Wilcox PhotoArt, you are agreeing to a standard, non-exclusive license to use the image(s). By purchasing and downloading images from Wilcox PhotoArt, you accept the terms of this agreement.

How can I use the licensed images?

You may use the images in any way that is not restricted. See the section License Usage Restrictions below for details.

You may use the images:

Non-exclusively – you do not have exclusive rights to the image(s). Wilcox PhotoArt can license the same images to other customers.
T-Shirts and Apparel – this license is for image(s) use on t-shirts, and apparel only. You may not use these image(s) for other purposes under this standard non-exclusive license.

Examples of how you may use the image(s) include:

Imprinting on T-shirts, shirts, headwear, socks, sweatshirts, hoodies, wearing apparel, and jackets.

Resale – You may use the image(s) on T-Shirts and Apparel for resale purposes.
No time limit – there is no expiration date on your rights to use the image(s) downloaded.
No geographic limitation – you may use the image(s) worldwide.
As part of an overall design -you may use the image(s) as part of an overall design including words as long as it is not part of a design that is pornographic or unlawful.

LICENSE USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Non-transferable, sub-license or resell – this license is not transferable or sub-licensable and you may not resell the image(s).

Copyrights - you may not claim copyright to the image(s) or use the image(s) as part of a logo, trademark, or for any other use other than what is described above.

Single user – This license is for a single user only.

Unlawful, sensitive, or pornographic use – You may not use the image(s) in any unlawful manner including pornographic, sensitive, or defamatory use.

No redistribution or downloading of image files – you may not make the image files downloadable, extractable, or available for redistribution.

False representation – you may not falsely claim that you are the creator of the licensed image(s).

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

Download refunds – Wilcox PhotoArt does not offer refunds for downloaded files.
Intellectual property – The ownership of images licensed is Wilcox PhotoArt.
